BVCA EARLY HEAD START 0-5:

A free program for pregnant women and for families with children birth to age five. Health and developmental screenings, in-home visits, and parent/child activities to foster child’s growth. Provides a free preschool (3 - 5) with direct family involvement, health and educational screenings, and referrals for families.
